We're seeking an outgoing, energetic individual with a great personality to join us on a 6-month contract basis (with an opportunity for contract renewal(s) or permanent placement. As a contracted Recruiter for SmileWorks, you'll play a crucial role in identifying exceptional candidates who align seamlessly with our culture and mission.

Requirements:

• Exceptional networking skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies
• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct prescreening interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various platforms
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events
• Passion for recruitment and a keen eye for talent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Knowledge of Employee Relations practices to foster a positive work environment
• Negotiate offers with candidates and facilitate the hiring process
